Return Policy:

A return can be processed providing that you request this within 14 days from the date of dispatch and the item is unworn and in resalable condition (for your dispatch date please check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).

Items purchased from our website may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of order (the date of your order will be found on your Invoice email or Delivery Note) and the item is unworn and resalable. We will gladly exchange the item to the same value or higher (if you choose to pay the difference), subject to availability.

EXCLUSIONS:
Earrings & Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is an international recommendation to prevent the spread of infections and disease. This exclusion is in the interest of and for the protection of all our customers.

Personalised Jewellery

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way.

 

To request a refund or exchange:

1 Visit our Contact Us page

2 Type: ‘Request a Refund' or 'Request an Exchange’ and choose the Order Number for the item you wish to return (for your Order Number please check your Delivery Note)

3 Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box

4 Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.

For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items for us to process an exchange or refund.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 15 working days for this process to complete.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
